In Outlook, it is Outlook 2002/2003 but this is what it says in Word:

Word for Windows settings are loaded.  The application currently loaded is 
word.exe

Hi, what scripts are loaded? do insert Q to find out. If it's word 2007
ones, then that could be your trouble.
