Long shot again, but have they changed the type of view in the View menu?
I've always used Print View.

Hi all
Someone has messed with my laptop and now I can't navigate in Word using the
control cursors and insert cursors. Also, tab says zero inches even though
I press it a few times. The navigation keys work fine in Outlook. Does
anyone know what has happened?
