You change it in voices, voice adjustment.

I have just installed JAWS 11 and did the usual merge.  Please could someone
tell me how to get back the English voice instead of the American one.
Usually when I did a merge this was sorted for me.  I went to JAWS language
in the menus, but I was told this was unavailable.  Any help gratefully
accepted.
