[jaws-uk] JAWS not speaking "Attachment" in my In-box

OS Office XP Professional and JAWS5.1.

Can anyone suggest how I can train JAWS to read  when in my inbox,
"attachment", "reply to message" and "forwarded", JAWS manages to read
these okay when in my deleted items folder.
