Dear D and list:
For JAWS as with most other programs, a patch is usually issued
free of charge to fix a bug or bugs. An update is a new release
generally with new and improved features.
SP3 will be for Windows XP and NOT for VISTA. The first service
pack for VISTA will be SP1.
Silver Light is Microsoft's answer to Adobe Flash, that is, it is
a multimedia extension for playing audio, movies and such. Guess
they decided they don't like Flash from Adobe and can do it
better their way.
