[jaws-uk] Re: JAWS NOT SPEAKING

IE7 just doesn't seem to be stable on certain machines, mine being one of them, in the first half of last year I found it kept crashing so I rolled back to IE6, then at the end of June my hard drive failed without warning, so with my computer fitted with a new drive and system software I used IE7 again with similar instability problems so once again rolled back to 6, no idea why, graphics card, motherboard, who knows, all I know is that IE6 is solid as a rock though I'm using Firefox more and more these days. 

I can say that IE6 and JFW9.0.2169 work fine together here.

That is good to know Tiddy but why would anyone in their right mind use
IE6 when IE7 has better security and JAWS 9.0 works with it just fine,
not to mention multiple page tabs.
