Hello Sue, unless someone comes up with something more up-to-date, John Wilson's tutorials are pretty good. They're a couple of years old now, but "The fundamental things apply" - most of the info in the tutorials still holds good. You can view online or download. They are laid out logically so it's easy to find stuff. Tutorials here on Excel, Word (including mail merge) and other MS utilities:
