[jaws-uk] JAWS Cursor

When using the JAWS or Invisible Cursor, I use the Up/Down Arrows to move
around and read the screen. Sometimes when I reach the bottom of the screen
and try to move up again all I get is the Start Button and  it reads the
clock and that's it. Can anyone advise me how to fix this and gain full
access to the screen in JAWS Cursor mode? And how do I get the JAWS Cursor
to read all the screen instead of reading part lines and then trailing off
with a string of dots?
