[jaws-uk] Re: JAWS CRASHING AT START UP

We're working with too many unknowns here and a rather general question 
which would yield the rather bland but true answer that Jaws despite any 
problems it has is not usually known for simply crashing after it's opening 
message.  Could you give us a steer as to which version of Windows, what 
anti-virus/firewall and which version of Jaws you happen to have installed 
on the PC.

Hi all,

Tonight, I switched on my computer and heard the usual opening jingle.  I
should have then heard JAWS saying "JAWS for windoes is ready" and then I
would be on the desktop.

Unfortunatley JAWS didn't sayanything and so I decided reluctantly to switch
off and back on again.

Does anyone know why JAWS would crash on starting your PC?
