[jaws-uk] Re: JAWS 7.1 uninstall problem

Hi Gary,

Rest easy. If you try to re-install say JAWS 7.1, and it
offers to remove it, it will only remove JAWS 7.1. It will
not touch any other version.

Likewise, Add Remove Programs SHOULD also state the version
number to be removed.

Hi all,

Thanks to Tristram, George and others. I think I understand
it now, I have to re-install to get to repair and use the
uninstall which doesn't tell you which version it's going to
remove to uninstall JAWS.
I can feel a Victor Meldrew moment coming on here.. Why
couldn't FS just have left the installation/maintenance
option in the menu, call me old fashioned but I generally
like to know what's going to happen before I press the
button!

Thanks

Gary
