Hi Folks,

Apologies for answering my own e-mail but problem seems to
have resolved itself. I went back into the document with
the table and JAWS was announcing everything as normal.
(Whoops!)

Subject: [jaws-uk] JAWS 13 queries

Hi List,

JAWS 13 Office 2003 XP Home.

Just moved to JAWS 13 and have come across a couple of
problems.

First of all in Word.

I have a Table containing numbers. Unlike in previous
versions of JAWS there is no announcement that I have
entered a table, e.g: "Table 1 Line 1, Column 1". Also on
moving around the table numbers are first announced as
"selected",on pressing Tab to go to the next column, the
number in the first column is now announced as "unselected"
and figures in following columns are also announced as
"unselected". If I use an arrow key to move within the
column and then press Tab the figure in that same column is
announced as "selected". However subsequent presses of the
Tab key result in numbers being "unselected".

I cannot tell which column I am in and which numbers are
selected or unselected.

Any adjustments I can make to JAWS to stop this?
