Robin, I'm a bit behind on my emails so this suggestion may already have been sent but I would certainly recommend the Halifax/Bank of Scotland On Line banking. I use it all the time for personal banking, and, after learning one or two small things, it works really well. One neat thing they have introduced recently is the option to have all your statements sent electronically. It certainly cuts down on the paperwork. Hope this is useful.
