I too downloaded IE7 and have no problems at all apart from ones that you
mentioned, in fact I pretty much agree with everything you said. The only
other problem I just remembered is the probelm with combo boxes. If you
scrole through the combo box and go all the way to the bottom, then want to
go back up, jaws doesn't speek the items. The only way you can get jaws to
speek them is to get out of the forms mode, then back in to it, but that of
course means that you're again at the top of the box. Just a slight bug, but
nothing too important.

Subject: [jaws-uk] Internet Explorer 7 and Jaws 7.1
Hi all,
I have downloaded and tried Internet Explorer 7 using Jaws 7.1 and overall,
it has gone well.
Two minor issues I have picked up so far:
1. If you have more than one favourite web page open and then control-tab
between each one, it would be helpful to have the title of the page spoken
rather than a line of text further down the page, so I have to press
insert-t to get the page title. However, control-Q brings up the list of
tabs so I can arrow through the favourite web pages that way.
2. There is a conflict with IE7's shortcut keystroke to bring up the list of
feeds, namely control shift-j. Jaws says "not in table" so I have to get to
the list by going to the view menu, then to the explorer bar sub-menu then
arrowing down to feeds. An alternative would be to do alt-c, sift-tab and
then change focus from favourites to feeds by pressing right arrow and
spacebar. The control shift-h and control shift I for history and
favourites work fine.
Apologies to those who may already know this info but I thought it might
help allay any doubts that anyone may have about using IE7.
Regards,
Robert
