I have found the article mentioned it says "an update for the Glytche
that affects the pfishing shield in Internet Explorer has been released by
Microsoft. It has been found that the feature which is one of the new
Browsers big selling points which flags up fraudulent Websites which try to
con Consumer out of their personal details can also slow down computers
running Windows" it then goes on about a patch to download. I think a lot of
people put I.E so of the system was one of the reasons at least there is a
