[jaws-uk] I can't install the latest update for Jaws 10, could this be because I also have Jaws 11 on this machine?

Hi all,

I've just noticed a reference in a message on the BCAB list
to a recent update for Jaws 10.

Knowing that my wife Carol has Jaws 10 on her NC10 Netbook,
I thought I'd try and update my Jaws 10 on my HP DX250 to
the latest version as a sort of test to find any pitfalls
before Updating Carol's Jaws 10, and after the update
downloads, I get the following error:

The following updates could not be installed:
   - JAWS 10.0.1167 Update

There may be a problem with your current installation,
typically due to deleted or renamed files. Run a repair of
your original installation and try to update again.

An I getting this error because I've got Jaws 11 installed,
is it something to do with my machine, or, is there
something else causing the problem?

Thank you in advance for any replies, either via the list,
or if you prefer, privately to
