also, pressing jaws key with number pad 8 will read a line pressing jaws key
with number pad 8 twice will spell line.

Not sure if this is what you want, but putting the PC cursor on a word
then pushing Jaws key and 5 on the numpad twice quickly will spell that
word.
Pushing that 5 key on any char will toggle between the char, its
phonetic name, (alpha bravo etc) and the ascii value.
