Hi David,

The initial ILM Code should be on a separate CD from the
JAWS Program CD.

If you have misplaced the CD, contact your dealer with your
JAWS Serial Number and ask them to provide the code for you.

Hi all:
My not very old PC died a couple of weeks ago.

Just installed JAWS 9 onto the replacement, but cannot find
the 20 character code anywhere.

Can I find it on my laptop configuration anywhere, or how
may I otherwise obtain it?
