There, is the serial number and unlock code - not the 20
character code.

While in the JAWS window, press alt plus H for the JAWS Help
menu then cursor down to the item:

About JAWS.

Here I believe you will find your 20-digit unlocking code as
well as your serial number and other useful information
about your particular installation of JAWS.

I think the unlocking code is 20  digits it sure is long.
