When I press CTRL+y I press immediately the initial letter of the folder I want
to go to. If I want to create a new folder I press SHIFT+CTRL+E and Jaws
prompts me for the name of the folder I wish to create.

I have a question to ask about Outlook express.
When I am working in OE on my laptop and I want to go from the inbox to let's
say sent items. I press control Y and then tab down, If I carry on tabbing
down I come to new folder. Does this mean I can create a folder for putting
Jaws UK into automatically?...
