Hi Jim,

The program does say jitter while it is ripping, but the track rips fine, but in your case do you get an actual error message, in that case maybe you have a problem with the disc drive, please give us an idea of what kind of error you get and whether or not the track rips successfully.

Regards,

Pete H.

Subject: [jaws-uk] Help with CDEX

Hi List,

After getting nowhere with Goldwave I have turned to CDEX but with no better
luck.

Each time I try to rip a track from a CD I get a "Jitter Error" message. I
looked at the Help page and followed their advice and checked I had the
correct ASPI driver which I do. I tried changing the settings within the CD
player list but with no success.

I have seen messages from other JAWS users who are familiar with CDEX so I'm
hoping someone can come to my rescue.

Jim Williams
