[jaws-uk] Help needed with media player 9

Hello
Can anyone help me with a problem i am having with mdeia player 9 I thought 
that i wuld try and get my head around it, but i am finding everytime I go and 
try it my head gets into a spin, if anyone can help me with this i.e. step by 
step instructions that would be appreciated.
