Hello shirley
you might need sighted help with this.
put your cursor on the top left corner of your outlook express.
click left hand mouse button.
a drop down menu will appear with different options.
select move and click on it.
use the cursor keys to move the outlook express to where you want it. then
press enter
do the same again but this time select maximize. a full screen will appear.
