Viglen chap Jo came back he tried the tower and could hear the noise, he
removed the disc and putting another and said it is just natural noise. It
grinds a bit. I asked the following what is the name of the
replacement disc/hard drive. he said IBM Hitachi, said which did you
remove he said Western Digital, they are very quiet. Regarding other
matters he could not register Jaws just as his colleague could not on
Thursday as the floppy disc seems to have file missing. it does say it is
4.0 whereas I purchased 4.5 when just out in late 2002. I wonder if at
some time the wrong one was left. We looked the CD which the shop who sold
the Toshiba had written " one file missing" they would have most likely need
to put contents of floppy to putting laptop which has not floppy drive I
asked Jo could a missing file important he said yes of course he didn't
like floppies said they do not keep well or maybe damaged. so should the
floppy Reg Disc have the same year on it or version o f as the CD which blue
does have 4.5 on it. hope this make sense regarding Defrag, he said " I
have had my computer 2 years and have-not done one, many people have no idea
of just how risky it is and he explained why, now I am not technical but it
looks as if Andrew Hodgeson has explained just why it can be very risky so
do not go off defragging without real need one thing wrong dicey fileand
you may had it. I will send on Joe's anyway it is brief but I spoke to
him.indeed.e.
