Sorry I have not been back before.

From what I can remember you have to speak to your bank to get certain log
on criteria.

You will be issued with an I B number and you will have to give them a
password of a certain amount of numbers and when you log on you will have to
use some of these individual digits to log on, and also your date of birth
etc along with your I B Number.

I have saved the log on screen as a favourite

So from the log on screen press the letter F until you here "Enter your I B
number here", then press enter to switch on forms mode, this will enable you
to enter the number.  Once you have entered the I B number press return and
you will proceed onto the next page where you are prompted for more
information (password etc).  I use the keystroke Insert/Control Home here
and this takes me to the first edit field where I type in the required
information (Don't forget to press enter on this field to enable forms
mode), then press tab to arrive on the next input field (Don't press enter
again until you have entered all the information). Once you have filled in
both of these input fields press enter.

Once logged on press Insert F7 for a list of links to choose from, you
should find your accounts etc here.

Hopefully this will help but I am not sure how familiar you are with Jaws.

Well that has probably made things worse for you, hope I have not confused
you too much.
