[jaws-uk] HJ Pad and thesaurus

I have to do a lot of rough editing and find HJ pad with j-tools really useful. 
if I could import a   thesaurus it would make my life easier.
Can anyone help?
I am using JAWS 10.
Remember I am not as advanced as my JAWS Version, so simple explanations work 
best.
