Hi Tony,

I can tell you and others that I solved a lot of problems, errors etc by doing check errors now... first by using it with phase 1 and when it doesn't help, I make it with phase 4 and it is my magic solution for a lot of problems that can or may occur.

I don't know which os you have but anyway, you can try making "disk cleanup"

and then, check errors.
