Thank you both My sighted friend really try his best first at home and
then here at his home he used my Mail as a test. Here he followed
instructions as given by Bcab lister. Now Bcab is arriving all over the
shop. By that I mean as I am talking desktop at the moment they are in
several folders. I will however 1 Print off your instructions
2 record on my little hand held recorder. 3 Print as said and scan into my
OCR. . . I may try putting word or on a floppy. However. I am worried still
about being told by my ISP my account is corrupted. As I have said this
cover-all word could mean anything. If having had enough of Freeserve and
not being tied into a Contract I am considering another. How about Zen, it
came as best of all in Which Consumer magazine survey for August. Has anyone
on the list tried it? It is pay on monthly terms and not a 1 year tie in.
Am pondering between that or Plusnet. All opinions welcome. Dorothy PS NTl I
think is cable, it got a very low rating.37 percent in Customer only were
satisfied Zen was up in the 70.so
