[jaws-uk] Fw: jaws 8 repair

Hi List
Forgive any confusion on this one,  it's just that my middle name is Claire
to this  sender, now Andre Dwinell sent this to me on the date you will see,
I sent this off list to David Wood who said as it was at that time Version 8
it would be no good on Jaws 9, seems to me the principle is the same? In
fact I did not run a repair but I did a complete reinstall,   some incorrect
Drivers had been sent to me you see and upset jaws, plus Edit Reg, on other 
machine did not clear off imbedded freeserve, now looks like David  is
temporarily  off line and George is not an early riser ! So maybe  some one
can tell me why these instructions would not apply to Version 9 but only 8 I
am  confused

let's leave it until Mo nday evening that will give you time to find the
jaws software.

hear are the instructions if you want to have a go with Andrew.

1. insert the jaws cd in to the laptop.

2. jaws will start the setup process and say welcome to jaws.

3.  Jaws will say have detected another version of jaws on your machine what
do you want to do.



4.  it will give you the options to modify remoove or repair.

5.  select repair by using the arrow keys.

6.  jaws will ask you if you wish to delete user settinngs.

7.  select yes to delete user settings.

8. jaws will then ask you to restart the machine and then you have reset
jaws to the factory settings.
