Dreamweaver is developed by macromedia.

And retails for approx £400.

Give or take.

Not tried it though as it's just too pricey.

Not sure, but it isn't in office 2007 as it is superceeded and is famous for creating code bloated pages. There was an interesting posting on the GW micro blogg in the last couple of days apparent the apparent screenreader friendliness of the last release of dreamweaver which is a 
real step forward.
