[jaws-uk] Fonts in Outlook

JFW 7.0, Windows 2000, Outlook 2000
In their infinite wisdom, the powers that be here have decreed that we shou=
ld use RTF format for all Emails.  I have just attempted to write an Email =
and have set the font to Ariel 12 point but Jaws announces it as Ariel 15 p=
oint.  I have also unknowingly managed to trigger italics, which Jaws seems=
 to struggle with when I try to read what I've written.

This Email is in Ariel 13 point according to Jaws key f but if you check th=
e details after doing a Control+o f keystroke, it says the point size is 10.

Does anyone know if there are any issues=20
with RTF and Jaws?
