Hi Dorothy,

Thought I'd clarify the position of the jaws list.  I actually set the
group up probably about 8 or 9 years ago.  The group was originally on
yahoogroups but after some time of constant problems from yahoo, it was
decided to move the group over to freelists.  George came on board a few
years back as a moderator and has been so since then.  George has a more
active role in running the group as he deals with all the administration
of it.  There are at present, only two moderators, that is George and
myself as an owner.  I'll just take the opportunity as well to thank
George for the work he does, it's very much appreciated.

I will also point out Dorothy, that this group is in no way affiliated
to Freedom Scientific or to Sight and Sound.  As the owner of the group,
I have no problem with the discussion of other products so long as it is
in a constructive way.  I also understand that you have had some issues
with this product and it's associated vendor and dealer.  So, whilst
structured discussion is ok, lets not let it get inflamed.  This list is
not the place for personal grevances.

Actually . I ways told by  someone   who is often this page and who
works
for Novenas that George both runs and owns the list. Well  whether he
does
or not I did not know thee was a " Group both be  owned by someone else.
And
obviously many on the list do not know that either..


 Re regarding Freedom and the  use of the  word Formal   I made  a very
formal complaint indeed. It  may not have been in writing but in the
format
easiest of or me and that was on Audi tape and sent to the Directors
personally  by registered post. You know I when I  was  sort of plonked
on
this page by  my  visiting  hardly anyone on the list even knew the
Directors were in America. I remember the Email   from I think  one you
or
George telling. I wanted a formal answer  and I got what I got a phone
call
from  the chap who as I put it was given the thin edge the  wedge and
that
was to tell me   .  1 That they had run tests on and   found I was right
and
it was not my fault.  2  I was told  that if I upgraded to version 6 it
might be even worse!! Now I said   are you sure Dr Lee Hamilton  got my
tape
and I reached the place where the buck stops and I was told " you
certainly
did  that Ma'am. I then  said well   let Dr Lee Hamilton's secretary
Grace
type a letter from him tome and   tell me himself. I am; not so happy
that
you have to tell me  in a phone call after you ask me " are you
recording
this"  Flor the V. I in vulnerable individuals stand also for  Vul
Flor  Jaws is playing up so badly  I  wil continue on after I have had
