[jaws-uk] False Not In Open Message Message

Running Windows XP Pro and JAWS 9 Build 2169 with J-Say 6.2 and
Dragon 10.

From time to time when in MS Outlook 2003 I go from the list of
mail in my in-basket to a message with a file attachment by
pressing enter on the message.

JAWS says the message is open.

I press Insert plus "a" to get the list of attachments.

And JAWS says: Not in Open Message!"

However if I open the message by deleting the message prior to
it, I can get the list of attachments and open the file
attachment I want.

Is this a known bug of JAWS or J-Say?
