[jaws-uk] Email problems continuing

HI all,
despite me maximising outlook before opening and reading through Emails, I 
am stil having the same problem whereby JAWS repeats part of the text and 
sometimes skips bits of text.

To solve this problem, I nearly always have to press control home and all is 
OK, until the next time I open an  Email.

Any more ideas please as this is getting rather irritating.
