[jaws-uk] Email problem

I am using Outlook Express, Windows XP and JAWS 9.

Very often lately when I do control N or Control R to send a new or reply to an 
Email, I get a message saying "Parts of this message could not be displayed". 
The only option is Okay. I then have to close Outlook Express down and it won't 
open again until I restart the computer. It's happening several times a day 
which is making life a bit of a pain. Any ideas what might be wrong?
