Hi Val,
Just found your message and, as no-one else has replied, I'll try.
I have had the same problem and I eventually succeeded, though I'm not exactly
sure how, as I tried so many things! Try the following things:-
* Refresh the screen before doing any other operation such as "clicking" with
the JAWS cursor. To refresh the screen, press JAWS+escape.
* Now try routing JAWS to virtual cursor and clicking - it might work.
* If not, try refreshing again, route JAWS to virtual cursor and, very
carefully, click the left mouse button.
* When finding the Submit Feedback link, it is probably safest to use tab
rather than just cursoring.
* If all this fiffle-faddling doesn't work, and you haven't got a sighted
person to click the link, try using Firefox. I believe the problems we
encounter are really an IE problem. One sometimes encouttered it with Amazon.
All the best,
Norman O.

Subject: [jaws-uk] EBAY FEEDBACK QUERY
I am using JAWS 10 plus XP Home. Does anyone know how I can click on the
"send feedback" button in the Ebay programme? I have tried sending JAWS cursor
to virtual cursor, vice versa, standing on my head and crossing my feet whilst
playing a drum, etc. etc. but nothing seems to work. I know it was easy to
click onto that button before they "improved" the Ebay experience but . . .
Having given myself a headache, dented the drum and broke the sticks, I'm
still no nearer being able to send feedback - help please!!!
Frustrated from Brum
