In the run dialog, type

a:hjauth

IN the dialog that pops up, check "get authorization count" and make 
sure that a:\ is the drive being checked.

if your authorization count is below zero, you should be able to call 
and get a reset code over the phone that will restore the 
ahthorization count. At least that is how it works with FS.
