A fairly well established route is using PowerDVD on a PC or laptop to view
your DVD content. Some machines come bundled with PowerDVD (Lite or whatever
name for the cut down version) or something similar, it would be worth trying
whatever is on the machine and see if it is accessible. Those purchasing
Windows VISTA machines will have DVD viewing capabilities voa Media Player 11
built right in but will be less elegant than PowerDVD. This may be the case
with Media Player 11 on an XP machine but I don't have a virgin setup here, so
I cannot state with authority is the case.
