Hi Jim. There is a setting under "Adjust JAWS Options" which might be worth playing with, called "Select and Copy". This affects how selecting, copying and pasting of text operates while browsing. 

Press JAWS-V to open Adjust JAWS Options.
In the tree, locate the expandable node called Virtyual Cursor Options.
The first option under this is "Select and Copy".

It has 2 choices:
"Full Content Using Onscreen Highlighting" which is the default
and
"From Virtual Cursor"
Press the tab key while on the option in order to read the relevant help text. When positioned back on the option itself, you can press space to change it. Then press Enter to select OK and save your changes.

Probably that is a trivial error, and hopefully it is easily to be solved. 
just reload your JAWS to resolve it's keystroke functionality, if it
doesn't work properly, then restart your computer, if it's persisted,
you may ultimately write to your JAWS domestic providers.

I've been using the Hot UK deals web page (hotukdeals.com) for some time now and when I used jaws 9 I had no problem cutting and pasting the text from that web page into any other document. Now I'm using jaws 11, it won't cut and paste. It does say copying to clipboard or appending to clipboard, but when I change to where I want to paste it, I.E outlook express or msword, no 
joy at all and the text on the clipboard doesn't paste. I've tried
refreshing the page to no avail. Anyone having the same problem? Does anyone 
know a work around or a fix for this problem?
