Hi Jim, A couple of the files are currently stored in the 'my recent documents' menu, rather then the 'my documents' menu. I don't know why this is, but I can't seem to delete files there, or change their names. Other files, I have had to search for, using the 'ssearch for' function. I have found what I want there. Is that enough information? I can try to find out more. A couple of listers very kindly gave me instructions, not so long ago, on how to create a new folder, and to paste a file into it from within the 'my documents' menu. I have successfully done this, and now want to broarden my scope. I need to locate some files, saved elsewhere in another menu.
