[jaws-uk] Re: Compacting in OE

Yes, I find that back-up copies of outlook express folders are put into the recycle bin, obviously as a safeguard should anything happen during the compacting.

Best wishes,

Joan.

Hi

I do not think so, as I get same message time to time and I accept it but I never experience messages being backed-up in my recycle bin.

dear List
can anyone tell me just what is happening when Outlook Express decides
to Compact all lists , I think in the belief that Outlook Express is
just pressing down things a bit to make more space I have always accepted
the offer to compact.

Now regarding my ever full recycle Bin which in stead of acting like a rubbish Bin contains what looks like back up files could this be due to OE Compacting ? regarding archived mail in my documents is that also to

do with the compacting facility
Thanks Dorothy?
