[jaws-uk] Clicking on a Hyperlink

Hi, Folks,

Sorry, I know this was covered recently but I forget the solution.

I have a friend who is unable to enter on a hyperlink in an Email and he is 
told that it is greyed out. 

Could anyone tell me if a setting is wrong?
