Thanks Phil, but after saying what Chris suggested didn't work, I've just
gone back to retry, and guess what? Yes, it worked perfectly!
Sometimes these things just leave me a little perplexed!

When not in say all mode, you can use control+alt+page down/page up to
change the speed. Jaws says faster or slower.
