Try sending a message to:

Jaws-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Subject: unsubscribe jaws-uk

Look out for dashes and spaces exactly as is above.

If that doesn't work, try turning round the subject line to say: jaws-uk
unsubscribe

How do I get off this list, I have tried all the links on the pages,
