[jaws-uk] Re: BT Broadband Problems

It sounds like a connection problem rather than a PC problem so I don't 
think a restore would help.  Try contacting BT tech support and see what 
they say.  If you don't know the number dial 100 for the BT operator who 
should be able to put you through.
