[jaws-uk] Avg8 update

Dear List, I understand there is a free update from AVG8 to8.5 and in fact I
know some on the List are using it. Can you tell me how to get hold of it it
will not update from the version8 for me. Do I have to  go to the Website I
think something like Grisoft? or is there a way of updating from the version
I am running A sighted friend told me he is having same problem whatever he does 
does he finds he is being told he must pay. So please  any advice, obviously
it is unwise delete the old version if nothing is in its place Thanks
