[jaws-uk] Authorising JFW on a netbook

Hi,

I'm having an incredibly frustrating time trying to Authorise Jaws and would
appreciate any suggestions.

I've started the activation process, clicked the option to do it over the
internet and keyed in the 20 digit number. The please wait message appears,
but it's still there after 15 minutes. I know the process can take several
minutes but surely not this long?

I can't find my authorisation CD but is there a process whereby I could key
in my serial number and locking code on the Freedom Scientific site and
generate a key to unlock the demo which I can save on a USB stick and run?
