Hi,
Re the spam tagging issue - doing things in Outlook Express won't help as it is
being done on the Freeserve servers itself.
Re the email problem with the date 2000 - this is correct, if the email
timestamp was set to 2000, it can't easily be changed; the sent items folder is
a reflection of what is sent out; this is what the recipient would have
received.
If the BIOS battery goes they usually return to the beginning of 2000, or even
earlier. I have a Safecom Epicrouter at home which when it looses its time
goes back all the way to 1/1/1970!! As I say depends on the manufacturer of
the equipment etc.
Thanks.
Andrew.

It could I am told that in Options I can do something say this Email
address is a friend and donot tag as spam. Re the year going back to the
year 2000 I didn't see my Email put out but this is not alterable for the
reasons given. Than tis the date on the inside the Email is the date on the
outside. and even if your computer is only say 1 month old it will if
batter fails go the year of the It seems as well that if you have a really
old computer it will go to the year 1981 is this when the Internet began? My
cousin once told he made himself a computer called Tangerine he said he
put together like Leggo I the 1970's or about he was a very young
fellow then and into soldering irons etc., Please excuse the spelling I am
really trying to contnrol JFW . Willnot give up though.Dorothy
