Hi Angela,
Select the email address you wish to copy to your address book, then use the
key command control+c to copy to the clipboard. Then keystroke control+n to
create new email and any other details to the address book, tab to email
address edit, and keystroke control+v to paste this email into the address
book and tab to O K and enter. Job done.
