[jaws-uk] Re: Acer 5920 and vista.

On the basis of looking for the simple, is your lap top on charge?

If so, take out the charger for the machine.

Hi Phil,

I tried that key combination, it says battery status not found. Any other
suggestions from acer users or do you have any other suggestions Phil?

Jim.

        Hi Jim,

The normal keystroke for checking the battery status is
JawsKey+shift+b.

I don't use Vista but I shouldn't think it is any different from XP.

        Regards,

                Hi list,

Does anyone know if one can check the battery status on the
above laptop using Jaws 9? I'm told it's on the screen in a toolbar, but
tabbing doesn't get me to the toolbar. Hope someone can help.

                Jim.
