I use WordWeb which works quite well with Jaws. I got it from the White
Stick web site I think, but Google wordWeb and I'm sure you'll find it.
It's free unless you go for the pro version.

dictionaries including Medical. I do not know which O.C R you have but
mine Kurzweil has Webster's Full and English Complete Dictionaries and
recently it says a Medical Dictionary. I have not attempted the latter as
yet, reckon am neurotic enough. each time I look at this list I think Oh
